Integration with other software systems
Based on the software systems used in different pillars of the project in the fields of engineering document management and financial system using the capabilities of Oracle Primavera software solutions, the following developments can be done for integration:
Integration with contractor engineering document management software system
- Receiving transmital information and related documents with files
- Send comment sheet and declared status to contractor
- Reply Sheet and upload all replies separately in Unifier
- Send End Conclusion to Contractor System
Integration with employer financial management system
Using Oracle Primavera solutions and integrating project data in time and cost areas and implementing Oracle Intelligence Business and Microsoft Power BI solutions, the following can be implemented:
- Receiving information about paid documents in the project from the financial system and interpreting and uploading in Unifier
- Standardization of reports and formats in project-based organizations
- Ability to create table, graphical and Pivot reports web-based in BI environment
- Ability to integrate with Primavera P6 software and view reports in a web-based environment
- Ability to schedule reports and send them automatically to managers
- Ability to be Multi Data Source and use databases of other software, Excel and Access files in the organization to create combined reports
- Use Oracle BI to build other reports in other units
