All members of the project team see their work on the ground every day without having to reschedule or spend an hour identifying their daily tasks by referring to their central kartabel at a glance. They can prioritize tasks and perform them according to the defined processes. In fact, tasks are added in two ways in people’s kartabels.

• Tasks that start with the individual and are created by the schedule automatically in due time, such as starting to prepare the initial version of an engineering degree by the corresponding discipline officer.
• The tasks that a person has to perform part of the tasks during the relevant process. Such as reviewing a supplier’s technical proposal and providing comments by an expert in the engineering department.

In primavera integrated software system, the schedule of an independent entity that is prepared, approved and updated by an organizational unit and all the pillars of the project are associated with it in their daily affairs. By implementing the system, all members play a role in planning and automatically update the program by performing their own tasks in the form of various processes

by deploying the system and implementing the cost control module by creating, circulating or verifying/rejecting any financial document such as contract, budget, status, purchase order, change of information immediately in updated cost centers and Cost control reports and project cash flow will be provided to managers.

All files and documents attached to the processes are archived in a centralized space called Document Manager and can be output with the relevant metadata at any moment of the project.
